By using the Retteu App platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Retteu App platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Retteu App provides tools that help editorial teams take materials from a news website or another editorial source and manage publishing to supported channels such as Telegram and Facebook.

3. Registration and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• One user may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms

4. Use of Service

Permitted use:

• Using the platform for lawful purposes
• Compliance with rules and policies of integrated platforms (Facebook, Telegram, etc.)
• Respecting intellectual property rights

Prohibited use:

• Publishing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Spam, phishing, fraud
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Attempts to hack, bypass restrictions, or compromise security
• Using automated means to abuse APIs

5. Third-Party Integrations

Use of integrations with supported external platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and policies. You are responsible for compliance with those platforms' rules.

We are not responsible for actions or policies of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Retteu App platform, its design, code, logos and materials belong to Individual Entrepreneur Abzal Dossym.

Content created by users through the platform remains the property of users. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process and transmit your content for service provision (e.g., publishing to integrated channels).

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Retteu App is currently in beta/early access mode. Services are provided free of charge. Paid subscriptions may be introduced in the future. Any changes to payment policy will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Absence of data loss
• Compatibility with any specific requirements

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of violations, for technical reasons, or at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account (see data deletion instructions).
