Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your personal data and account in Retteu App at any time. Below are the methods for data deletion.
1. Deletion via Application Interface
If the account deletion feature is available in the Retteu App application (app.retteu.app):
- Log in to your account
- Go to account settings
- Find the "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" section
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Note: If the account deletion feature is not available in the interface, use the email method (see below).
2. Deletion via Email Request
Send a data deletion request to: admin@retteu.app
Required fields in the request:
- Account email: the email address registered with your Retteu App account
- Project/tenant identifier: project or organization name (if applicable)
- Request date: date of the request
- What to delete: specify what should be deleted:
- Complete account and all data deletion
- Only specific data (specify which)
- Only integrations with external services (Facebook, Telegram, etc.)
Identity verification. To prevent abuse, we may request proof of account ownership (e.g., the request must be sent from the email associated with the account, or confirmed inside the app).
Tenant/organization-level deletion (B2B). If you are an organization administrator (B2B), provide your tenant/organization ID and specify whether the deletion request should apply to the entire organization (including users and integrations). If you don't know the ID, request it from support or find it in Organization settings (if available).

What to delete: Complete account and all data deletion
I request deletion of my account and all associated data from the Retteu App system.
3. Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. After processing, you will receive confirmation at the specified email address.
4. What Will Be Deleted
Upon complete account deletion, the following will be deleted:
- Account data (name, email, settings)
- Authentication data (OAuth tokens)
- Integration data (access tokens for publishing channels)
- Content created through the platform (drafts, scheduled posts)
- Activity logs (after retention period expires)
Important:
- Account deletion is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered after deletion.
- Data published to integrated channels (Facebook, Telegram, etc.) will remain in those services and will not be automatically deleted. To delete them, contact the respective services directly.
- Some data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., for dispute resolution).
5. Withdrawing a Request
If you change your mind, you may withdraw the deletion request by sending an email to admin@retteu.app within 7 days of submitting the initial request, before the deletion process begins.
