Privacy Policy

Retteu App ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Retteu App platform.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email, user identifier
• Authentication data: OAuth tokens from Google, Facebook and other providers (stored encrypted)
• Usage data: activity logs, interface actions, module settings
• Integration data: access tokens for publishing channels (Facebook, Telegram, etc.), page/channel identifiers
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, request timestamps
• Content: draft posts, scheduled publications, content metadata (if created through the platform)

3. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Retteu App platform
• User authentication and authorization
• Integration with external services (Facebook, Telegram, etc.) for content publishing
• Improving security and user experience
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Preventing abuse and ensuring platform security

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance (provision of platform services)
• User consent (for integrations with external services)
• Legitimate interests (security, service improvement)
• Legal obligations

5. Data Retention

We use two separate processes regarding data retention and deletion:

1. Scheduled retention (hygiene): automatic deletion or anonymization of certain data after limited periods required to operate the service, prevent duplicates, and maintain security.
2. Deletion upon request: processing a user/client request to delete an account or organization (tenant) within up to 30 days, except where longer storage is required by law.

Operational monitoring and publishing data is stored for limited periods and is automatically deleted/anonymized as follows:

• Source feed items (metadata and snippets): up to 90 days
• Completed/failed/cancelled/published publishing jobs: up to 60 days
• AI decision history / runs (for explainability and quality): up to 90 days
• Audit logs of actions within the system: up to 12 months

Data is stored for the duration of the user account and after account deletion — for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Deletion of an account/tenant data upon request is completed within up to 30 days (unless otherwise required by law).

6. Data Sharing

We share data with the following categories of recipients:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: for data storage and processing
• OAuth providers: Google, Facebook — for authentication (in accordance with their policies)
• External platform APIs: supported publishing platforms such as Facebook and Telegram (tokens are only transmitted to fulfill user requests)
• Contractors: only those providing technical services and bound by confidentiality obligations
• Government authorities: when legally required

We do not sell or rent personal data.

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside Kazakhstan. We ensure appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) when transferring data to countries outside the EEA.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Delete your data (see data deletion instructions)
• Restrict processing
• Data portability (in a technically feasible format)
• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

9. Security
